Perforated Release Film
Perforated Release Film
Perforated Release Film is a high-quality separation film used in vacuum bagging, resin infusion, and composite laminating processes. Positioned between the laminate and breather cloth, it allows excess resin to pass through its precisely engineered perforations while preventing the breather from bonding to the finished part. This helps achieve the desired resin-to-fibre ratio, improves laminate consistency, and ensures clean, easy demoulding after cure.
Available in a range of perforation patterns to suit different resin systems and applications, perforated release film provides excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature performance, and reliable release from epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins.
